Don't let your circumstances dictate you 1 Year, 5 Months ago
Peter answered, "Lord, if it is you, order me to come to you on the water." Jesus said, "Come!" So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus. But when he noticed how strong the wind was, he became afraid and started to sink. He shouted, "Lord, save me!" Immediately, Jesus reached out, caught hold of him, and said, "You have so little faith! Why did you doubt?" [Matt 14:28-31](God's Word)

Don't let circumstances stop you moving in God's will. The enemy will try very hard to try to discourage you in your desire to serve the Lord with all your heart, the enemy will try to stop to worship the Lord with all your passion because he knows that a believer in fire for the Lord will move "mountains".

The tactics of the enemy is to rise circumstances that will stop you to move and enjoy a victorious life in Christ Jesus. Don't let circumstances dictate you and stop you to move in the miraculous. Let me show what I mean. We have thousands of people following Jesus because of what He was saying they became hungry not for natural food but for the spiritual food which they have been deprived for centuries their religious leaders starved them of a knowledge of God they presented God as a hard taskmaster, while Jesus presented Him as a loving Father straight but fair. Therefore the people wanted more.

They had spent the day listen to Jesus they didn't realise that it was evening, the crowd was "About five thousand men had eaten. (This number does not include the women and children who had eaten.)"[Matt 14:21](God's Word). The disciples wanted them to go away,"Jesus said to them, "They don't need to go away. You give them something to eat." but the reply was so negative they looked around they saw a multitude and they restricted themselves to the circumstances and missed out a blessing. Yet not long ago they went two by two and preached and did great things in the name of the Lord. Now they were challenged and because they looked around they froze and they in their minds said it was impossible. There are a few words that do not belong to God's voculabary and one of this is "Impossible, cannot be done and so on" Paul declared "I can do all things in Christ Jesus; all things are possible to those that believe". Praise the Lord for encouraging words pearls of great value.

Peter saw Jesus and wanted to walk on the water as Jesus did, but he could only go so far and then circumstances dictated the outcome of his walk and he started to sink. Get out of the boat, step out in areas of the impossible don't let circumstances dictated your future or your walk with the Lord keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the living Word which abides in you, God's people are a people of the impossible we that once were lost are found changed and transformed by the One that encourage us to move in the impossible.

Let me share something with you. One day I was in a place called Zrenjenin not far from Belgrade this was during the Iron Curtain days. The team and I saw the needs of the brethren and I said let us give to them all that we had to help them financially, one of the team tried to tell me something but I told him to tell me later, for two days he tried to talk to me but somehow he never did. When we left the brethren I realised that we were short of petrol and I turned around to the brother and he said to me I have tried to tell you we have giving all of our money and we have no more money. Well I looked to the team (four in all) and I said let us pray, when we finished to pray we saw the needle of the petrol tank stuck on full and it remained like that until we returned home in Scotland.

May the Lord bless you, trust in the Lord not in the circumstances.
